You'll find the culture and atmosphere of our office different from most. At Forge we work hard to create an environment that is welcoming and warm. We want the healing process to begin as soon as you walk in, with the understanding that healing can be as much of a mental process as physical. From our positive music to our friendly staff, we are here to serve each and every practice member in any way we can!

on your first visit

Paperwork
Yes, it's a must, however you can fill it out online to save yourself 15-20 minutes in the office.

Tour
We'll give you a quick tour of the office when you get here as we want you to feel at home.

Consult
Our team will have a one to one consultation with you, so that we can fully understand your circumstances, needs, and goals.

Exam
We will then complete a full exam to find the root causes of your health concerns. We utilize state of the art diagnostic technology to give us the most accurate and complete picture.

Findings
We'll schedule you to come back after our doctors have had a chance to evaluate your case and create a custom care plan tailored specifically to your needs and health goals.
